Drukpa Monlam Grand Puja
The Drukpa Monlam Grand Puja will be held every year from 15th- 20th July in Jam me-Gon Monastery, Yu-shu district, Qing-hai province China. This annually held Great Prayer Festival is to pray for the long life of our precious and supreme Gurus, for the survival and spreading of the Dharma in the minds of all sentient beings, and for world peace. The communal prayers, offered with strong faith and devotion, help to overcome obstacles to peace and generate conditions for everyone to live in harmony.
The main host of the grand puja, His Eminence Choesin Rinpoche and His Eminence Lhamchorg Rinpoche (both from Jamme-Gon Monastery) will lead the five days auspicious grand puja, together with close to two thousand Rinpoches and lamas from the neighboring area.
As this is a supreme opportunity for all of us to practice generosity and merits accumulation, Jamme-Gon Monastery, invites donors and sponsors to participate in the various offerings |
